Product Positioning:XLB-D800×800×1/2.00MN is a framed down-stroke flat vulcanization press with a rated clamping force of 200 tons. It is suitable for the vulcanization molding of rubber seals, conveyor belt splices, rubber gaskets, rubber sheets, shock-absorbing products, and thermosetting plastic molded products. The equipment adopts PLC touchscreen automatic control and is equipped with a hydraulic automatic mold push-pull device, enabling fully automatic operation. One operator can handle multiple machines, making it suitable for mass continuous production scenarios.

PLC touchscreen control with recipe management. Parameters such as vulcanization time, exhaust pressure, exhaust cycles, and pressure release time can be set with one touch on the screen. The entire process—closing → pressing → vulcanization timing → pressure release → opening → mold ejection—is completed automatically. Production count can be recorded, and the machine supports both manual and automatic mode switching.
Electric Heating, Environmentally Friendly and Energy-Saving
Tubular electric heating elements are used, eliminating the need for a boiler and associated fuel costs, keeping the workshop clean and environmentally friendly. The heating system adopts a star connection for balanced three-phase load. The heating process is maintained through on-off power supply control, which extends the service life of the heating elements and improves temperature control accuracy.
Emergency Pressure Release to Prevent Mold Jamming:Equipped with a manual pressure release valve, allowing manual gradual pressure release and mold opening in the event of a sudden power outage, preventing product damage and equipment jamming.
Safety Protection:Triple safety protection includes an emergency stop button, automatic motor shutdown upon overload, and overflow valve overpressure protection. The equipment must be properly grounded, and the power supply must be disconnected before maintenance or mold replacement.
