Rubber Bale Cutter Usage:
Before starting the rubber bale cutter, first check whether the hydraulic system is working normally, no hydraulic oil leakage, sufficient oil quantity. Check whether the cutting blade is worn, dropped, no curling or gaps on the blade edge, and whether the cutting blade limit switch is normal. Check whether the soft lead in the groove has been replaced, clean up debris on the machine, no abnormal vibration, check around the blade groove and equipment for debris.

Then turn on the main power, start the oil pump. After the equipment is checked to be normal, proceed with normal cutting operation. The blade up and down speed has been adjusted, operators shall not adjust it arbitrarily to prevent safety accidents.

If adjustment is needed during the cutting process, press the stop button before manual adjustment to prevent safety accidents. After cutting work is finished, press the up switch to stop at the limit position, then press the stop button to reset. Press the oil pump stop button to stop the oil pump. Turn off the main power, clean up around the equipment and the blade groove in time.
