This machine adopts a four-column downward-pressing structure and is specifically designed for batch production of 600×600mm rubber floor tiles. With a pressure of 0.80MN (80 tons), it ensures that rubber floor tiles are dense, free of pores, wear-resistant and compression-resistant. Applicable to 700×700mm rubber floor tiles, colored anti-slip plates, recycled rubber floor tiles, rubber pads, sound insulation and damping pads. Adopting the classic configuration of electric heating + manual control + two-side manual mold loading/unloading, it offers extremely high cost performance and is a popular model for small-scale factories, startup production lines and export markets.
